The Set Housing Development Competition Entry
The West Atlantic Avenue Mixed Use Development is a new modern interpretation of the West Settlers Historic District. The new development is a compilation of services and resources located within Del-Ray Beach that is designed to assist the community with true mixed-income housing, workforce development, healthy food and entrepreneurial opportunities. In addition to injecting new amenities, The Frog Alley community will have access to 137,000 square feet of family friendly, outdoor public green space and a start of the art community center with financial literacy and family services. When completed, The West Atlantic Avenue Mixed Use Development will become a destination with ample housing, increased employment rates, and healthier eating options.
